Complete exercises a-c with no rest then move to the next set of exercises!
3 x 10 = 3 sets of 10 reps
3x10/8/6 = 3 sets (set 1 = 10, set 2 = 8, set 3 = 6)
1a. Med Ball Slams - 3 x 15
1b. Med Ball Squats - 3 x 15/12/10
1c. Med Ball Twists - 3 x 30
2a. Med Ball Monster Shuffles - 3 x 15 each way
2b. Side Lunge Slams - 3 x 6 each way
2c. Up and Overs - 3 x 20 total heel taps
3a. Squat Toss - 3 x 15
3b. Rotational Slams - 3 x 10
3c. Med Ball Squat Bear Crawl - 3 x 10
