Do you offer discounts for affiliates?

We don't have a specific discount for affiliates. However, we offer bulk discounts depending on the order size. We also provide custom quotes for facilities such as commercial gyms, high schools, colleges, physical therapy offices, etc.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a discount of 5% all day, every day to military (active, disabled & retired) and public service employees (fire fighters, police officers & paramedics). Just fill out our form and you'll receive a discount code for the month. Click here for form.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping as a promotion from time to time. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Most of our items do not ship for free. The shipping cost is based on your location. 

Do you sponsor events?

Yes we do. Please send your event information to marketing@wright-equipment.com or fill out the form on our Events page and someone will get back to you.

Do you offer financing for equipment?

We don't personally offer any in-house financing but we work with multiple companies. Visit our financing page and check out who we work with. 

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we do. We only accept purchase orders through our sales representatives. You can get in touch with a sales rep by calling us at 1-800-239-5194.

 Why was my order canceled?

Wright Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including fraud, errors in product and/or pricing information and inventory problems.
