Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated based on location and the total weight of purchase. Curious to know exactly how much shipping your order will be charged? Put the items in your cart, scroll to the bottom of the cart page and enter your state and zip information then click on "calculate shipping." For your convenience, you can calculate shipping before we ask for payment info.
If you live in the Birmingham area, you can even avoid shipping costs altogether. Simply choose the "In-Store Pickup" option and you won't be charged any shipping.
We specialize in shipping within the United States but we can ship internationally. Please contact us (1-800-239-5194) for more information on international shipping.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM CST will ship the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship the next day. Orders placed Friday after 1PM CST, and all order placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Applies to parcel orders shipping within the Continental United States only. Excludes freight orders. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, power outages, or any other acts of nature beyond our control. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Only applies to the 48 continental US States. We would love to be able to ship worldwide for free, but we're just not there yet. We're working hard to make that possible in the future.
In certain environments, such as extremely rural properties, where the carrier does not visit on routine routes, you may be asked to pick up your equipment at a local carrier warehouse or nearest drop point.

Contact us immediately and notify us of any damage, we will arrange for a prompt replacement
IF YOUR ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE
To help you with your decision on your equipment purchase from Wright Equipment, we have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we can help. The items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value minus a standard 10 percent restocking fee.
Continental US customers are responsible for RETURN shipping.
International customers must pay shipping BOTH ways.
ALL returns must have original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Monogrammed or Personalized Items
Clearance or Special Order items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
