Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Use dollars to shop with us!
Every 75 points earns $1 to spend. Points are earned 31 days after purchase, which confirms that you are keeping the product per our return policy.

- I ordered something previously and didn't receive points, why?
Our loyalty program didn’t start until August 21st, 2017. All purchases BEFORE then are not eligible. If you've purchased after 8/21/2017 send us an email and we'll get your points added (the items must be eligible).
- I'm trying to purchase with my points, why can't I?
Points cannot be used partially. If you don't have enough points to purchase the entire product then it won't allow you to checkout online. We can process this order over the phone if you'd like to do a partial redemption.
- Can I purchase a gift card with my loyalty points?
Unfortunately, gifts card aren't eligible for loyalty points purchases.
Can I combine accounts if I made purchases on two separate emails/accounts?
It's possible. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it. We look into each request because we want to prevent abuse of discounts and customer service programs.
*This loyalty program is contingent on performance and business metrics. If we decide to discontinue the program, we will notify customers via email. Customers will have a purchase period to utilize points before the system is discontinued. After the discontinue date, points will expire and cannot be used.
