WRIGHT Fat Bar

It is well know that lifting with Fat grip dumbbells or bars will have a different effect on the forearms than lifting with the traditional diameter bar or handle.  The benefits of using a fat bar are stronger grip and more defined forearms.  The stronger grip is going to help you have better hand strength during your lifts when it counts.  If you are training for a PR or even for other sports.  A strong grip has always been a great benefit.  With the Wright Fat Bar, we combined the features of The Wright Bar, same great spin, same precision machining, with a 2" fat bar.  The bar has the same double knurling on a 2" diameter Shaft.  The sleeves spin like butter.  Now you have the ability to do power clean and even snatch with a fat grip and not work your wrist as hard like an axel bar will.
